In 2009, Yael Shahar, Director of the International Institute for Counterterrorism (only name scares), wrote a report saying, among other things, that:
"bombs Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) will lead to homebrew a serious threat in the future for air passenger traffic"
seems that you can build a nuclear bomb-PEM with low-cost components purchased online. Flip.
All this comes as part of my life process "cool things to read anything you cool"; this morning I've been reading a bit to find out what it going PEM (English EMP), electro-magnetic pulse , or the effect that destroys all electrical appliances and electronics, but without the hassle of death and mass destruction.
